Extra tryouts/Evaluator schedule

Our first round of Extra tryouts is this coming Monday 1/14 and Wednesday 1/16. We need all hands on deck to help with evaluating the players. We announced the tryout dates in the blog post dated December 5 and asked you all to save the date in order to help us evaluate. Below is the evaluators schedule. Note that the tryouts will be on Hicks Canyon Park A. Please make every effort to be at your evaluation session. If you absolutely cannot make it, try to find a substitute and let us know asap. Kevin will be there coordinating everything the entire two evenings.

Rain is forecast for Monday. We will try and let everyone know as early as possible if fields will be closed, but we're trying to avoid postponement of the tryouts. If the fields will be closed, then we will simply push the schedule out one week from the cancelled date. The times, field, and evaluator schedule will remain the same.

One final note: the board has not selected the coaches for each division team yet. We expect that to occur sometime soon after next week's tryouts.
