PRFs from Parents

This is a reminder that all coaches need a printed Player Registration Form for every player at practices and games. The PRFs need to be hard copies, not digital files.

To get a PRF for each player, have the parents print out a PRF for their child, sign it, and give it to you at practice/game.

If you are registered as a coach, you could also try accessing your team information from the registration site and downloading your roster.
